Tri - Falcon and Dove Dance Academy, D.B.A. is facilitated on the Internet by four major websites.

The first is the HomeTown AOL site: Tri - Falcon and Dove Dance Academy:  This is based upon the knowledge that my entry into the Internet I needed some additional benefits, per the money invested,  necessary  to initiate the development of page rankings.  AOL has had a consistant cooperation with google dot com, and any webpages produced by AOL screen name will immediately be included in the google index; this was 2002.  However, things have now changed, and  this started in 2004.

Tri - Falcon and Dove Dance Academy is based upon a pedagogy  which was developed to teach the social dances and their competitive and performance ends as well.  This is based upon two significant elements;

One:  That the experience behind them comes from a process of adjudication by known and well respected dance schools - businesses.  Arthur Murray Dance Studios, Inc. , Fred Astaire Dance Studios , Inc. , and the Society of Teachers of Ballroom Dancing / a department of the Royal Academy of Dance, London, England.

Two:  That due to required licensing in order to teach certain copyrighted dance steps, a more independent curricula had to be formed, and this was integrated with steps which have become public domain as a result of the time limitations of each copyrighted step. The bulk of copyrighted steps is owned by Arthur Murray Dance Studios, and a close second is Fred Astaire Dance Studios. 

[ Unaware, local instructors can be sued, as to their use and sales of these copyrighted steps in their dance classes  with - out an acknowledge legal agreement to do by the copyright holder or organization, or in this case, dance board  who both issued and created such copyrighted steps and the dance movements they help to further facilitate.]

By then the additional screen names were already implaced.

ithacafalcon    danishfalcon   ithacadance   danceithaca   latinadanza   miamidanza   along with the webpages - screen names  derived from email AOL accounts, another words same screen name for use for email accounts and webs alike.  The names themselves were carefully selected as a base system to set future meta taggings, and exploiting search " key"words implemented by the knowledge of the local market of internet users.  IthacaDance and DanceIthaca were absolutely necessary in clearly establishing a firm constructed base of local operations within the Internet.

Afterwhich I discover Tripod dot  Com as well as blogspot dot com

And started my civic action site to assist the community of Ithaca, New York in attracting the necessary attention to increase tourism.  This gave birth to Ithaca Night Life ( NightLife ), NY.

Then in 2004 came the advise from two female grad students of Cornell University and this inspire web such as  Paris Night Life ( NightLife ), RMC and a lot more developed later on.

Thus I am in the vantage of promoting The City of ithaca, New York as The Cultural Magnet Destination City of the Tri - State region of New York,Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

I became suspicious around 2003 with the development of the first Yahoo dot com site: Tri - Falcon and Dove Dance Academy: This time this was free.  With that I also noticed by linking the two, the reward was higher rank.

Then around 2005 Yahoo dot com started to eat away at google dot com market share, and it was significant enough, as still is that additional investment were required.  

Thus came the ithacadanceclasses website: Tri - Falcon and Dove Dance Acadamy :

Then in noticing the eventual shift in the market by a greater influx of Latinas into the United States and within the Central New York Region around Ithaca, New York came the bi - lingual site: www dot LatinaDanza dot Com.

It is from the development early in the creation of the AOL account which saw the needed conditions to attract attention within the community market of users within the Ithaca region.  

More important: All the above has now as of October 21, 2007 legal documentations concerning dates and actions taken years before the present claims.

The last word in this post:  When I started to teach within the Ithaca region my sole interest was to create a dance  school which will train those who were not able, nor had any desire to achieve a University or College degree to be adjudicated dance teachers.  There have been way too many  who do not have any set of qualified process of exams to teach dance from a noted Nationally or Internationally recognized school system of dance. Moreover, the crrterion to tach basics within noted dance schools like Arthur Murray is handed over to experience teachers who have had at least two adjudicated licensed standards, Bronze ( equal to a B.A. in Fine Arts ), and Silver ( equal to a M.A, in Fine Arts ).
 
At this posting I am 60 years old, and still others within this market who are teaching are not aware of their own loss.  This means in its simplest terms their dance standards has suffered and will continue to do so.
